Hi! I’m Ashley, a DONA Certified Birth Doula, public health professional, and mom based in Topeka, Kansas. My passion is helping families feel empowered, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout pregnancy and birth. I believe every family deserves respectful, compassionate support and evidence-based information that allows them to make the decisions that are right for them. My goal is to create a calm, encouraging space where you feel heard, supported, and never alone, no matter what your birth journey looks like

I provide personalized, evidence-based support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. My services include prenatal visits, continuous labor support, comfort measures, partner support, evidence-based education, advocacy for informed decision-making, and postpartum follow-up. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, induction, cesarean birth, or simply don’t know what to expect yet, I’m here to help you feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

I offer comprehensive birth doula packages starting at $1,200. I proudly serve Kansas Medicaid members through Sunflower, Healthy Blue, and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan. Flexible payment plans and sliding-scale options are available because I believe compassionate birth support should be accessible. Complimentary consultations are always available.
